Hydroponics
Hydroponics is a growing method that uses nutrient solutions in water instead of soil. In a hydroponic garden, the plants are place in an inert medium such as rockwool or perlite that does not provide any nutrients. Instead, they receive their nutrition from the carefully controlled combination of water and fertilizer. The nutrients are delivered to the roots in an extremely soluble form, which allows the them to be absorbed very easily. Hydroponically grown plants grow faster and produce greater yields.
